AI Automations
Stop retyping the same details into three different tools.
We build n8n automations and AI agents that handle lead intake, follow-up, booking, reviews and back-office admin, plugged into the tools you already use. Fixed scope, and the first workflow is live in two weeks.
- From $2,500
- Built on n8n, so you own it
- No new software to learn
What a Tuesday looks like afterwards
A lead comes in from the website at 7:40 a.m. and gets a text within the minute. Their details are already in the CRM, tagged by source, with your calendar link in the reply. At 9:00 the overnight leads arrive in one Slack message, ranked.
A job you finished yesterday triggered a review request this morning without anyone thinking about it. Two invoices hit 7 days overdue and the reminders went out on their own. Your Monday report built itself.
Setup took two weeks. It runs every day after that.
What can a small business automate?
The automations worth doing first all sit between the moment a customer reaches out and the moment they pay. Each one removes a step where somebody has to remember to do something, and that's the step that fails on a busy week.
Lead intake and follow-up
Form, chat or missed call → instant SMS and email → CRM record with source → follow-up sequence → alert if nobody has responded within the hour.
Booking and reminders
Calendar sync → confirmations → 24h and 2h reminders → no-show follow-up → rebooking prompt.
Reviews and reputation
Job complete → timed review request → 4 and 5 star reviews routed to Google, anything lower routed privately to you → thank-you.
Quotes and invoicing
Quote request → structured intake → draft in your system → your approval → send → overdue reminders → paid confirmation.
Reporting
A weekly or monthly digest of leads by source, response times, revenue and reviews, delivered to email or Slack.
AI agents
A website chat or voice agent trained on your services, pricing and FAQs. It qualifies, answers, books, and hands off to you. Or an internal assistant that answers staff questions out of your own documents.
Back-office glue
Anything you move between two tools by hand today: Gmail, Sheets, CRM, accounting, calendar, Slack.
Two ways to start
Automation Sprint
From $2,500Two weeks. We map one process with you, build up to three connected n8n workflows, test them against real data, document them and hand them over. The usual first sprint is lead intake into CRM into follow-up.
AI Agent Build
From $4,500Three to four weeks. A chat or voice agent trained on your content, with guardrails, lead qualification, booking and human handoff. Includes a month of tuning against real conversations.
Automation Care
Included in care plansMonitoring, error handling, small changes, and new triggers as the business changes. Part of Growth Care and Ecosystem Care.
The Automation Sprint, step by step
-
Process mapping call
60 minutes. We walk through how the work happens today: who touches what, where it stalls, which tools are involved.
-
Blueprint
Days 2 to 3. A one-page diagram of the automated version, plus what it needs from you in access, templates and decisions. You approve it before anything gets built.
-
Build
Days 4 to 9. Workflows built and tested against real data in a sandbox. You get a demo video.
-
Go live
Day 10. Switched on, with error alerts routed to us and to you.
-
Handover
Days 11 to 14. Documentation, a Loom walkthrough, and a list of what to automate next.
Fixed scope, fixed price, and the first workflow live in two weeks.
Why we build on n8n
n8n is open source. You can self-host it for a few dollars a month or use their cloud, the workflows are yours in a format a developer can read, and there's no per-task pricing that charges you more for growing. It connects to 400+ tools plus anything with an API.
If you stop working with us, everything keeps running and the next developer can pick it up. We'll also work in Make, Zapier or Power Automate if you're already committed to one.
Automation questions
Anything repetitive that follows a rule. The usual ones:
- Replying to enquiries
- Putting lead details into your CRM
- Sending booking reminders
- Asking for a review after a job
- Chasing overdue invoices
- Building your weekly report
If the task starts with "when X happens, do Y", it can be automated.
Usually not. n8n connects to Gmail, Outlook, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Jobber, QuickBooks, Stripe, Calendly, Slack and hundreds more. We build around the stack you already have.
It depends on volume and hours. If enquiries arrive outside business hours, or you answer the same 10 questions every day, an agent that answers and books 24/7 pays back quickly. At three enquiries a week, start with instant-reply automation instead, and we'll tell you so.
n8n cloud starts around US$20 to $25 a month and self-hosting is cheaper. AI agents add usage costs, typically US$10 to $50 a month at small-business volumes. Estimated running costs are in the blueprint before we build anything.
Every workflow ships with error handling and alerts. On a Care Plan we fix it. Without one, fixes are billed hourly.
Yes. We build in Power Automate and Copilot Studio for businesses running on Microsoft 365.
Tell us the task you're sick of doing
We'll tell you how it gets automated, what it costs, and when it goes live.
Most first sprints are lead intake into a CRM, then follow-up. Two weeks from mapping call to live.
