Prices are starting points for typical scope, plus tax. Your quote shows the exact number before you commit anything. Payment is 50% to start and 50% at launch.
The One-Week Launch Guarantee
Your Launch-tier website (up to 6 pages) goes live within 5 business days of Kickoff Complete. If I miss it, your first 2 months of Growth Care ($1,300 value) are free.
Kickoff Complete means all four of these are done
- Proposal signed and deposit received.
- Kickoff form submitted (business details, page list, reference sites).
- All copy, images, logo, brand colours, and domain/hosting access delivered.
- 60-minute kickoff call held.
The 5-day clock starts the next business day. Change requests made after kickoff move into the 30-day post-launch support window, so they don't stop the clock and they don't void the guarantee. Third-party outages we can't control (hosting, domain registrar, DNS propagation) pause the clock and it resumes when they're resolved.

Custom WordPress theme vs Elementor: what's the difference?
An Elementor, Divi or WPBakery site is assembled in a drag-and-drop editor that writes heavy, generic code for every page. A custom theme is written for your site specifically.
In practice a custom theme loads 3 to 5 times less code, scores better on Google's speed measurements, and has fewer plugins to keep updated and secure. An editor update can't break it either. The trade-off is real: layout changes need a developer, which is what the Care Plan is for.
Build questions
A unique URL with its own layout and content: Home, About, Services, a service detail page, Contact, and so on. Legal pages like privacy and terms don't count against your limit.
Launch tier extends at $350 per additional page, and each one adds roughly half a day to the timeline. Past three or four extra pages, Growth is usually cheaper.
Yes. Migration from WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or a static site is included at every tier for the pages in scope.
By default a free-tier CRM such as HubSpot Free, so you don't take on a new subscription. If you already run Jobber, Housecall Pro, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel or Zoho, we connect to that instead.
Small WooCommerce stores of roughly 50 products or fewer fit inside the Growth and Ecosystem tiers. Large catalogues and marketplaces are out of scope, and we'll say so before you pay anything.
You do, on your own account. We recommend and set up managed WordPress hosting, typically $30 to $60 a month, and we can manage it under a Care Plan. The login stays yours.
Logo and brand colours (or permission to define them), photos, a description of each service, your prices or price ranges, and access to your domain. A full checklist comes with the kickoff form.
The first drafts of code and copy, often. Everything that ships gets read, rewritten and tested by me, because AI writes plausible WordPress code that breaks in ways you'd find out about six months later. You're paying for the judgement about what to keep, and for the person who fixes it when it breaks.
