What happens once you're on a plan
Plugins get updated on a staging copy first, so an update never takes the live site down. Backups run nightly to a separate location. If something breaks at 2 a.m., monitoring catches it before your customers do.
When you want a new page, a price change or a tweak to a form, you send one email and it gets done, with no quote and no back-and-forth about scheduling.
Once a month you get a short report on what happened and what we'd recommend next.

Care Plan questions
A proper plan covers four things:
- Updates to WordPress, plugins and theme, tested on a copy of the site before they touch the live one.
- Backups, daily, stored off your server, and restore-tested so you know they work.
- Security: firewall, monitoring, and malware cleanup if something gets through.
- Performance: monitoring, plus a speed pass every quarter.
Ours includes all four at every tier, plus development hours on Growth and Ecosystem.
In Canada, basic maintenance runs $100 to $300 a month and covers updates, backups and security. Plans that also include development time run $500 to $1,500 a month. Yarko Development's plans are $195, $650 and $1,200 per month plus tax, and the two higher tiers include 8 and 16 hours of development work.
No. Every build includes 30 days of support. After that you can maintain the site yourself, use another provider, or join a plan. Most clients join because one emergency costs more than a year of Essential Care.
Anything on the site or the systems connected to it. New pages, content and price changes, design tweaks, changes to a form or your CRM, SEO work, automation fixes, small features.
Bigger projects get quoted separately so they don't eat your monthly hours.
Yes, page-builder sites included. We start with an onboarding audit so you know what you're inheriting. If the site would be cheaper to rebuild than to maintain, we'll tell you that instead of taking the monthly fee.
Cleanup and restore are included on every plan. With daily backups and monitoring in place, a compromise is usually caught and reversed within hours.
